1. Introduction
Welcome to MiHealer. These terms and conditions govern the use of our mobile application, which connects users with traditional healers, izangoma, umthandazi, and umthwasisi in South Africa. By using our application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.
2. Definitions
- MiHealer App: Refers to the mobile application owned and operated by LUAN Technologies.
- User: Refers to any person using the MiHealer App to find traditional healers or other services.
- Healer: Refers to any izangoma, traditional healer, umthandazi, or umthwasisi registered on the platform to provide healing services.
- We, Us, or Our: Refers to LUAN Technologies as the operator of the app.
3. Use of the App
By accessing and using the MiHealer App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Use the app only for its intended purposes of connecting with traditional healers.
- Refrain from engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity through the app.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of both Users and Healers.
4. Healer Services
- MiHealer serves as a platform to connect Users with Healers. We do not provide healing services and are not responsible for the quality or effectiveness of any service provided by Healers.
- Users are responsible for verifying the credentials and legitimacy of Healers they engage with through the platform.
- We encourage Users to research Healers and make informed decisions before entering into any service agreements with them.
5. Fees and Payments
- MiHealer may charge a fee for premium features or services provided through the app. All fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed within the app.
- Healers are responsible for setting their service fees. Users agree to make payment directly to the Healers as per the agreement between both parties.
- We are not responsible for disputes related to payments or services between Users and Healers.
6. Data Privacy and Protection (POPIA Compliance)
MiHealer takes your privacy seriously and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using the app, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Personal Information: We collect and store your personal information, including your name, contact details, and usage data, to improve our services and connect you with Healers.
- Data Security: We use appropriate technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.
- User Consent: By using MiHealer, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
- No Guarantee of Services: MiHealer does not guarantee the quality, effectiveness, or availability of any services provided by Healers on the platform. We only serve as a matching platform.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiHealer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any loss or injury resulting from the use of healer services.
- User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for ensuring they follow all local laws and regulations when engaging with Healers through the app.
8. User Conduct
By using the MiHealer App, you agree not to:
- Post or share false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Harass or abuse other Users or Healers.
- Use the app for any illegal activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we find you in violation of these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
